I invoke the Medicine Buddha by sending my prayer to the supreme heights where illness and spiritual ignorance is healed.

Inner Tuning: I return to this mantra whenever I observe the illusion of separation affecting my actions, thoughts and deeds.

Today’s mantra honours the Medicine Buddha, that energy that helps make us whole, healing the body and spirit - and dispelling the illusion of separation, which is called the “great illness.” 

Mantras In Motion: When we view our feelings of separation and duality as a "great illness" we open to the potential of being [bad word] towards ourselves. Let’s see our thoughts of separation as an illness that can be healed through the chant.
