Lost Weight, Perfect Skin

Stuck right here
Aging so fast, going nowhere
We drive at the depths of what I've done
Regret the chances I took

Nothing changes, so it goes
We tremble and seize to exist

How do I look

It's a crying shame 
To feel the same as in the last decade
It was tough, though

The worried eyes stuck to my face
