I saw your body, that gentle smile, and your half-closed eye
I put my hand on your bald head and you were still so warm
shiver ran through me, that kind of thermal transfer
It was so hard for me to dive into your nightmare

This is so weird, I am [bad word] lost
My senses are paralyzed, feel like a [bad word] ghost
Difficult to realize, but I think it's time
You have suffered so much, my friend, now you are fine

I had a dream last night in which you were alive
I was taking you in my arms, crying, crying so hard
You said to me "Don't worry, man I have not disappeared"
But suddenly I woke up... You were not [bad word] here !

My friends and I start to pray
For a rainbow funeral

I'm not the only one, everybody's scared
We saw your wood coffin going down to flames
You are the first of us to open the gates of heaven

I printed this black and white pic and put it on my desk
I look at it every [bad word] day to banish this bad taste
It was hard but now I smile when I see a pic of you
It's my way to remind me of all the moments I spent with you

"Thank you for coming" were your last words
Losing a true friend is ruining my world
I swear I will live each moment to the fullest
