Withering Cometh

The sun has hid above the clouds of our dreary thoughts
As heavy burden on our shoulders the hundred-faced beholds –
Its rain with many eyes… of loss and pain, with hopeless grin 
He's of our tears, as God's dew, crying on unredeemed
Sin… 

Mayhap this’ our last 
Day on this easeful earth
How lived our reckless lives?
Do we have done the mirth
And jests to leave the us in memory of breed?
Or may we die in guise of superfluous weed...

We fly to the havens of our
Sour lives where we wither away
…At last
We die at the marge of our
Rivers where our dreams are declined 
Ever woe I…

Сжигая под собой мосты, кружа со Смертью вальс безумный…
И в час, когда увидев Свет – мы скажем миру «не тревожься,
Мы лишь песчинка в мире снов, не станет нас – ты улыбнёшься,
И с новой силой в жизнь ворвёшься!»

Trees wilted our souls, thwart, somber and dismayed 
Frost snow buried bones, and we turned pitchy gray
Life’s fleeting and the end is near at our weakest hands 
We all shall find the holt in asphodel-filled lands

We are sinned
We are skinned 
We are dead
For the day of ever dread
We were sunned
We were funned
We were brave 
But we’re now in earthen grave 

Mayhap this’ our last

What we need?
Lover’s mead? 
Grace of Gods?
Or the new spring comes?
