Sea of Infinity

Leave me in this blackened sea
Of unfulfilled hollow prophecies...

Where horizons drown so far from here,
There are no winds to whisper my name...

Condemn me to eternal wandering
Above these waters in the haze...

I shall never rise above the heaven’s surface
And never fall into the lifeless deep...

Where expectations slowly die,
Where words stay without reply
We will stay without each other...

Where the sunlight never shines
Like in ancient dusty shrines
We will find the seed of nothing...

In these grey moveless gleams...
Neither sorrow nor bliss...
Only colourless spaces...

Life after life... Death before understanding... Who will be looking for us here?..
Where we wander as outcasts without flesh and spirit...
Where we wander as shades of our past being...
Without hope to see the light again...
Without belief in tomorrow that always stays behind the inaccessible horizon...
