Quicksands of the Past

Beginning of end now lost in the time
So many attempts to save nonexistent lifeline
Vain resistance, rejection despair,
The only companion - everytime coming nightmare

There is no escape from this vortex of past
All this rueful life I will wake up aghast
But I must live with this curse in my head
Try to make it my strangh or become mad

Trying forget the best of my days
Sparks of the laugh, how nice to stargaze
Trying forget all light of bright soul
To protect myself of this madness control

In tides of my passion, in quicksands of the past
Sometimes i can think about freedom at last
From remembrances rescue can't find
I will never be saved, it has prisoned my mind

Meet again this scarlet sunrise
