Это интересно: Nasum были сформированы в конце 1992 года гитаристом Андерсом Якобсоном (Anders Jakobson) и вокалистом/барабанщиком Рикардом Алриксоном (Rickard Alriksson). Возникла идея играть мощный грайндкор в духе старых Napalm Death. Весной 1993 они записывают 7-дюймовое демо на немецком лейбле Poserslaughter Records, результатом является сплит-альбом двух групп Nasum/Agathocles.
