The Darkening

In the woods alone
Lying on the ground
I felt the precious smell
Pretty witch embraced me
I enjoyed the dusk
It was spring in hell

I licked my icy wounds
I tried to cure my grief
And find a little bit of joy
Possessed by satan
I went into the trees
I felt a little annoyed

And the dense forest got grim and evil
And the dense forest got foggy black
In the dark forest I released my devils
In the dark forest I looked for death

I walked there in silence in the dim twilight
With fear I watched the blackening sky
It got darker and darker
The day fell into the cold night
Demons closed the curtains on my feverous eyes
