Drifting Ashore [.com/post_hc]

Stuck between the surface and the ocean floor, 
So burdened, so unsure. 
Too deep to reach the surface, too shallow to reach the Earth's core. 
I find myself drifting away from the shore. 

I know I can't float forever. But I can dream of a resolution. 
And though I have dreamt a thousand dreams. It's never enough, it's never enough! 
I play my dreams out in my head. Over and over again but I can never remember what anyone said. But I can vividly remember the sight of you. (I can't remember why I'm here) 

There's no right, and there's no wrong. 
And the only difference, is the ground in which we stand on. 
The ground in which we stand on. 

And now I sink down, because this distance is making me drown. 
But the hope that's remaining brings me to my feet. 
Without this relief nothings complete. 
I'm starting to barely believe, but the hope that remains is giving me this feeling of relief. 
I'm not drowning. 

Drifting ashore, into isolation. To clear the skies of the doubt that's disguised, as rain falling through the tips of my fingers. Falling from the clouds, make it stop, make this clearer for me. 

There's no right, and there's no wrong. 
And the only difference, is the ground in which we stand on. 
The ground in which we stand on. 

But I know, the sand sifting between my toes will become home to wherever we go. 
I can finally sleep with ease, again. 
I know, this will grow.
