I came into town,
Went looking’ round
For some place quiet,
I got off the bus,
What’s ball the fuss
Looked like a riot.

Crowd was running mad,

Tried to avoid it,
Ran the other day
Heard some one say
"He must have done it."

I looked round to see,
Eyes fixed on me,
The crowd was charging,
Head began to swirl
And then some girl screamed
"Hey we’ve got it!".

The people voices
No one could hear.

Just as I collapsed,
cop at last
Came running over,
The crowd was closing in
"We saw it all
For you it’s over."
