This is a song about Eippity Bippity Buttercup, 
who didn't get along with anybody; he never had the time.

He used to always say that anything that ever asked why didnt work hard enough to try.
He would look down with two eyes that stared so straight, that never went afar, and he said they didn't try very hard.
