The Derelict Yellow House

as white painted on back 
we observe and behold this tragic obscenity
for nothing changes 
it doesn't matter anymore anyhow 
be honest 
what did you feel that day?
you were alone as always
even though the apparatus provided you're being host to another leech
 in the end it didn't change anything at all

eye is pale 
sight doesn't exist
the stomach is swollen 
the curse is alive

 with light speed this village goes by
 only one light burns in one house
 the only sign of life among all those ghastly buildings
 this is a fen fire 
made by those
 who have the need to do more than only throwing rocks
 the smell of lilac brings us back
 to a lake where we discovered it all
 the crow is our guard
 a scavenger who guides us through these nights
