In The Crowding

My eyes were lost in a hazy stare,
I abandoned myself in there.
It was chaotic in the crowd,
It was fear and it was love all 
Around.

Orders have come from command.

And when I looked there was 
No one there,
Only dust in the stale air.
And when I left I was halfway there,
It was only when I walked one step 
In front of my thoughts -
I wasn't there too long.

But you were there in the crowding,
Waiting for all the lights to 
Disappear.

And the edge of the world has forgot,
Every second inside has been lost,
For a moment a lesson was learned,

Shut.
