Гитарист Lucas Mann прояснил концепцию альбома: «После покорения Земли инопланетяне достигли такого уровня развития, что смогли преодолевать пространство, время и реальность и перенесли своё завоевание в измерение богов, где они спровоцировали войну ангелов и демонов. Название альбома переводится с древнешумерской клинописи как "Король Землян, Бог Космического Мира". Шумерскую клинопись можно заметить позади английской транскрипции названия альбома.»
Обложку для третьего альбома калифорнийских алиенкорщиков создал Марк Купер, рисовавший до этого обложку для Dingir.
